Some lessons we’ve learned on the way:

1. Don’t try and be the smartest people in the room. Be the most valuable.

2. It’s important to impress the 1% who fully grasp your technology, but clarity is king when you want the other 99% on board.

3. Talent is your greatest marketing tool. Treat them like gold.

4. Precision trumps excess. Reaching the right eyes and ears doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg.

5. Don’t try and boil the ocean. Do a few things really well.

6. In a sea of me-too brands, don’t just blend in. Dare to differ with a brand that is uniquely yours. (There’s a reason we are called Beakers and Chips and not SciTechMarketing.)
